1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which students or users may request refunds or cancel services offered by NextLeap Education. By enrolling in any program or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms stated below.
2. Refund Eligibility
- A 14-day refund policy applies only to Placement Assistance services, starting from the date of payment confirmation.
- No refunds are applicable for any other payments, including but not limited to course fees, program enrollments, workshops, subscriptions, or any additional services.
- Once the 14-day period for Placement Assistance has elapsed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Refund Process (Placement Assistance Only)
- To request a refund for Placement Assistance within the eligible period, email us at operation@nextleapeducation.com using your registered email ID.
- Your request must include payment details and a brief reason for cancellation.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Cancellations
- Placement Assistance services may be cancelled within the first 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
- Upon successful cancellation and refund (if applicable), access to Placement Assistance resources and support will be revoked.
- Cancellations for courses or programs are permitted; however, no refunds will be provided for such payments, regardless of the time of cancellation.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical transaction errors. Such cases will be reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of NextLeap Education after internal verification.
